Classic Swedish Massage
Classic Swedish massage treatment is the most common and best-known type of massage in the world.
It uses five styles of strokes in a controlled and coordinated pressure: kneading, rhythmic tapping, friction, sliding/gliding, and vibration/shaking.

Deep Tissue Massage

Warm Sesame Oil is used for a full body (head to toe) Ayurvedic spa massage.
At the end of the Ayurvedic spa massage, Shirodhara will be performed. A thin stream of herbal extracts is poured over the “third eye” (in the middle of the forehead).
The massage is done in gentle strokes and it’s technique provides relaxation, rejuvenation, circulation and elimination of toxins
